Operational measurement of Cloudflare cache warming for the Animal Start multilingual static fleet. A 2026-08-14 16-cell burst matrix reached about 3.1k aggregate rps with origin load under 4, but sustained policy stays near 800 rps because hotter 800x4 cells fail-closed with NONE/429/BYPASS. A 2026-09-20 probe was not mixed into that matrix. No production --apply in this writing campaign.
